Filthy Rich and Catflap

Richie Rich is an aspiring television personality; but his useless, self-serving agent, Ralph Filthy, and his violent drunkard of a bodyguard, Eddie Catflap, seem to be doing everthing they can to prevent Rich from ever entering the limelight.
