It's the 1750s and London desperately needs some law and order. Two Westminister magistrates -- novelist Henry Fielding and his brother John -- struggle to set up the capital's first ever police force: the Bow Street Runners. It's not easy battling with bureaucracy on one hand, and the criminal classes on the other!
