When Victor Meldrew is forced to take early retirement he soon finds a new metier: Raging against each and every one of life's petty annoyances, and those who perpetrate them! He doesn't suffer fools to say the least. Unfortunately, he seems to be surrounded by them... The cantankerous OAP seems to be surrounded by havoc-wreaking imbeciles who inevitably leave him sputtering the famous catchphrase “I don't believe it!” Luckily long-suffering wife Margaret is on hand to calm down her apoplectic husband before he spontaneously implodes.
