Head of Bayview Retirement Village, Harvey Baines, should have an easy time of it managing his elderly wards. Unfortunately for him, two of the inmates are determined not to quietly into that good night. Kicking and screaming more like! Eccentric Tom Ballard and his neighbour, feisty former reporter Diane Trent, become the perfect partners in crime. The determined duo never cease to agitate for decent living conditions -- much to the chagrin of the budget conscious Bains.
